In my opinion, media fosters creativity because of users' needs. Not only Data Collection has its own role in the entire context of media fostering creativity, the quality of the video itself is also worth considering. It's very easy to determine the quality of a video, everything can be shown by data or by audiences' eyes. Likes and dislikes are data based on audiences' eyes, and many other qualities can be known in the comment section. Both data collection and quality are parts of users' needs that needed to be satisfied, and that is how media fosters creativity.
