I will have the following suggestions:
1. Create a platform to enable students from different years to communicate with each other, not only those who are still attending college, but also the ones who graduated long time ago. Through this platform, they share opinions and experiences. In general, create a platform to enhance communication is extremely important.
2. Set up the bridge between students and school staff, most of the Baruch students find it difficult to communicate with school staff. Because of this bridge, students will be able to rate the service they got from school staff, and school staff is also able to rate a student. Equality has been built if this happens.
3. Improving the school's data system, once this is accomplished, students' privacy can be better protected, alumni's contact information will be more accessible.
